Consultation: Start with a free initial consultation to discuss your vision, the subject, the size, and the medium of the artwork. During this session, we explore themes, colours, and emotions you wish to capture.

Quote and Agreement: Based on our consultation, you will receive a detailed quote, including the cost and timeline. Upon agreement, a non-refundable fee of $50 is required to commence the sample artwork.

Sketches and Sample Creation: For landscape images directly used as references, there will be no sketches or additional charges. For other types of artwork, initial sketches will be created to ensure alignment with your vision.

Creation Process: Before starting the art, a charge of 50% of the total cost of the artwork is required. I will keep you updated with progress shots, and this phase allows for minor revisions to ensure the artwork meets your expectations.

Final Review and Delivery: Once the artwork is completed, a final review is conducted before preparing the piece for delivery. The remaining balance is due at this stage.

Custom Framing: Available upon request. However, to reduce processing time, we recommend purchasing the artwork on stretched canvas.

Payments: Payments are accepted through either Venmo or PayPal. Once the commission process is started and materials are purchased, there are no refunds or cancellations.

Commission Request: To be added to the commission list, please subscribe and click contact with the desired size and medium of the painting, along with a photo reference or a general idea of the art.

Acceptance and Scheduling: If I choose to accept your request, I’ll contact you to provide further details, including an approximate finish date and payment instructions. You will be officially added to my commission roster only after the initial 50% payment is received in full.

Refund Policy: If for any reason I cannot complete your painting by the scheduled time agreed upon, you will receive a full refund via the payment service initially used.

Stretched Canvas (Starting Prices):

Small (8"x8"): $200

Medium (12"x12"): $500

Large (24"x24"): $1,000

Extra Large (36"x36" and above): $1,500

These prices apply to artworks on stretched canvas. For works in watercolours or other lighter mediums, the price will not exceed $500, even for the largest sizes.

The completion of the artwork can vary depending on the chosen medium and the complexity of the project, ranging from 4 to 8 weeks.

All shipped artworks include tracking information, ensuring that you can monitor the delivery status of your commissioned piece every step of the way.
